The following are the policies of GoodRealEstateAgents.com:

(1) Agents working under GoodRealEstateAgents.com, or as we call them Domain Name Licensees, have been verified with their local real estate boards, and with his/her real estate company Broker/Manager that they are in good professional standing,

(2) Agents whose real estate licenses had been suspended or revoked by his/her real estate boards in the past, are not permitted to be part of GoodRealEstateAgents.com, or as a Domain Name Licensee,

(3) All agents from GoodRealEstateAgents.com must agree with the principles and objectives of our website, and supply a signed and notarized agreement to that effect. If they violate any rules or policies of the site their association with GoodRealEstateAgents.com is automatically terminated, and his/her local sub-website will be replaced immediately,

(4) Customers (the public) selecting one of our agents to work for him/her can register FREE of any charges, to ensure service quality is maintained. (Agents selected from GoodRealEstateAgents.com are required to perform to certain standards, agreed in writing by them from the beginning. Serious non-compliance could result in the agent being terminated by GoodRealEstateAgents.com.)

All GoodRealEstateAgents.com members must agree with the principles and objectives of this website.

Gives Excellent Service

No question that real estate dealing is a service that clients are buying. Excellent service is what they expect.

Sometimes, we do hear clients complained about poor services from their agents.

A lot of time, it was due to the following reasons:
(1) The vendor insisted on a price that was too high that the agent was not trying at all.
Usually, trainers for agents advised them not to take that business.
(2) The real estate commission paid by the vendor was too low, and that made the agent not trying hard.

The fact is, as long as the agent is taking up that job of selling for the vendor, there is no excuse either not to give a good service.
